it me again

one of our great mods, Ram, sent in a feature request for subcategories. the feature has been added!

I have more updates coming up, I really want to make it more of a drag & drop experience, because right now it's kind of awkward to navigate.

Aaaand, they're gone! I've replaced the concept of subcategories. Now, instead, we've got Headers. This way you can nest multiple categories under a single header. Same concept, cleaner functionality.
