Modding: Massive overhaul! Drag and Drop

Drag & drop is now available for checklists.

this should make everyone's lives much easier. the whole checklist builder is more intuitive now.

you can now click green buttons to add headers, categories, subcategories, and items.

everything can be moved anywhere, except subcategories, they can only move around within the category they're in.

to move things around, just click and hold the drag and drop button (rectangle with dots in it).

It's a bit wonky. If something isn't moving right, scroll up or down the screen and try to drag it further, eventually it works lol. I will try to make it less finnicky down the road, but for now I'm just glad it's working.

I've replaced some text things with icons (edit, duplicate, delete).

There's also now half or full width category options. In full width you can add columns to the items within that category to either be 1 column, 2 columns, or 3 columns.

lots of little quality of life stuff for mods, so that modding can be more enjoyable, less of a pain.
